Beginners Yoga

This class allows you to dive deeper into yoga practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you reconnect and rejuvenate your body.

Yoga Class

Gentle Yoga

This is a slow-paced class that integrates yoga poses (asanas) and breathwork as part of our holistic technique. Explore your body by moving slowly into each pose.

Vinyasa Flow

Move with every breath from pose to pose in Vinyasa Flow. Keep your body warm and build strength in this class.

Practicing Yoga

I had a hard time during the lockdowns in my area, and could not exercise at home due to general malaise. When Malaya invited me to a yoga class, I was hesitant. But upon joining, I found a group and a space to feel safe. She created a space where it was okay to not be perfect, and provided beginners alternate ways to do the poses. The time passed without me noticing, and I left every session with a sense of calm as well as improved physical state. Namaste!
